The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) Extremist Files have three components: Extremist Organizations, SPLC Designated Hate Groups (a subset of the Extremist Organizations), and Individual Extremist Profiles. At launch, businesses making a commitment to PledgeNoHate.tech will be required to screen for all Extremist Organizations and SPLC Designated Hate Groups, while screening against Individual Extremist Profiles remains optional and for future incorporation into PledgeNoHate.tech. SPLC also maintains a dictionary of extremist ideologies.
